Dates, Schedules, Fees & Discounts
Session 3 Dates and Fees:
April 23 – June 16, 2012
45 minute class:2 payments of $78.00
60 minute class:2 payments of $80.00
75 minute class:2 payments of $85.00
Registration Fee:
Individual: $25 / school year, (August 31, 2011 – September 1, 2012)
Family: $30 / school year, (August 31, 2011 – September 1, 2012)
Payments
- We accept payment by check, cash, Visa / Mastercard or debit card. Payments may be made in full or in installments that are paid one month ahead.
- Automatic Payments, either monthly or session, by Visa/Mastercard may be made by indicating that on the registration form and by signing the authorization.
School Year Registration
The Gymnastics Training Center’s school year (September 6, 2011 – June 16, 2012) is broken down into 3 sessions. The first and second sessions are 15 weeks and the last is 8 weeks. We enroll from the onset of registration through June 16, 2012. If you should wish to cancel your child’s registration, you may do so (via fax, email or in writing) between November 10 – 17, 2011 for session 2 and March 14 – 20, 2012 for session 3. We will email reminders one week prior to the cancellation dates.
Session 2: January 2, 2012 – April 14, 2012
Session 3: April 25 – June 16, 2012

- Receive $50 off total fee when registering multiple children for classes! ($25 off total fee for 8 week sessions, no discount for summer sessions)

Refunds
There are no refunds for returning students. However, if a conflict arises, we will try our best to accommodate a class change at any time during the semester.
How do I register?
Download the registration form from the website. Include the annual non-refundable family registration fee and the first payment.

- Mail completed registrations, registration fee and payment to 520 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Ct. 06070.
- Fax completed registration form to (860) 658-1665. Please follow up all faxed registration forms with a phone call.
- Phone-in registrations to (860) 658-7340 ext. 201 A credit card must be given over the phone to secure your child’s registration. This form of registration requires that a completely filled out registration form follow up all phone-in registrations. (Please be sure to initial where indicated and sign all releases as well as the tuition agreement). Students will not be allowed to participate in classes until the completed registration form is in the office.
Vacation and Holiday Closings
GTC is closed on Monday, May 28th in observance of Memorial Day. Please call the office to reschedule your child’s class.
GTC Closings Due to inclement weather
Gym closings will be posted on The Gymnastics Training Center by 8 am or on www.nbc30.com . Please note that we do not follow any particular school system for closings and will update our website and phone at noon and 3 p.m. for afternoon and evening classes.
Make-up Classes
Students are strongly encouraged not to miss class, however, we realize that situations may arise that prevent attendance.
- It is important to us that your child is able to enjoy class fully. Having said that, please keep your child home if he or she is sick and call the office at 658-7340 ext. 201 to schedule a make up class.
- If you are able to, please call the office in advance to notify us of your child’s absence and to schedule a make up class. When available, we will include your child in another class or they may come to one of the additional classes during the last week of the session. Missed classes must be made up in the same semester that they occurred.

Dress Code and Virtual Online Pro Shop
For your convenience, GTC has an assortment of gymnastics leotards for sale in our lobby or you may shop at the Virtual Pro Shop online at www.alphafactoraerials.com. Enter the gym ID: GTC Simsbury and shop to your hearts content!
* Tot/ Preschool: comfortable clothing that will allow your child freedom to move! Robeez or barefeet.
* Girls 5 yrs. and up: Leotards, barefeet or gymnastics slippers. (footless tights and biker shorts are optional.) Hair tied back, no jewelry please!
* Boys 5 yrs. and up: shorts / warm up pants, fitted tee shirt or sweatshirt, barefeet, long hair tied back.
